Thank you for taking the time to learn about Soterion Health.  We understand that if you or a loved one is suffering from a neurological or behavioral disorder,  you may often feel discouraged, and even hopeless. We hope we've provided you with information that helps you understand the kind of exceptional care we offer and how we can help set you or your loved on a course to restored health.

 

To schedule an appointment, you may contact our Patient Coordinator at the location nearest to you.

 

 

During the call, our patient cordinator will be able to answer any questions you might have, as well as help you make arrangements for your visit.  Any paper work that must be completed prior to your appointment will be sent to you by email.  Please be advised that appointments for neurological consults are only one day, while the two scan behavioral consult appointments require a three day commitment.
